Full Itinerary
Day 1: Ulaanbaatar Arrival (D)
Arrival to the Ulaanbaatar International Airport then transfer to the “Bayangol” Hotel. Enjoying dinner in the restaurant.
Day 2: Ulaanbaatar City Tour (B, L, D)
After breakfast in the hotel, visit the main square, History Museum & Money Exchange, and the Gandan Monastery Complex with Grand Buddha Statue. Have lunch in the restaurant, shopping in the State Department Store. Car picks up and Packing & Wrap-up. Having dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 3: Ulaanbaatar – Khustai National Park (B, L, D)
Breakfast in the “Bayangol” hotel. Then, drive to the Khustai National Park. Transfer to the “Khustai” Tourist Camp and enjoy lunch. Excursion to Photo Safari for Takhi, wild Horse, and Red Deer in the wild original condition as an open natural museum. Later, visit to the “Ungut” Ancient Turkish Monumental Complex, the largest in Central Asia. Dinner and overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 4: Khustai National Park Karakorum via Elsen Tasarkhai (B, L, D)
After breakfast, drive to the Elsen Tasarkhai. Picnic Lunch on the way. Excursion to Photo Safari for the small patch of the Gobi Desert area with Sand Dunes, Rivers, and Rocky Mountains Combination as a natural beautiful landscape. Continue driving to the ruin of the Karakorum, the ancient capital of the Mongolian Empire in the XIII Century. Transfer to the Tourist Camp and have dinner. Overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 5: Karakorum & Ancient Turkish Monument (B, L, D)
Breakfast in the Tourist Camp. Take a drive to the Karakorum Museum, the ancient Capital City XIII, and the Erdene Zuu Buddhist Monastery Complex, XVI centuries. Lunch in the Tourist Camp. Later, drive to the Bilge Khaan Complex. Stop at the ancient Turkish Monument in the V Century. Back to the Tourist camp to have dinner and overnight.
Day 6: Karakorum – White Lake (B, L, D)
Drive to the Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake after having breakfast in the Tourist Camp. Take a photo session for Taikhar Chuluu's natural beautiful sites including Chuluut River’s Canyon and Alpine Mountain. Picnic Lunch on the way. Continue to drive to the Terkhiin Tsagaan Lake. Transfer to the Tourist Camp. Dinner and overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 7: White Lake (B, L, D)
Breakfast in the Tourist Camp. Excursion to Photo Safari for the Khorgo Extinct Volcano and White Lakeshore by short hiking. Lunch in the Tourist Camp. Visiting the Yak Herder’s Nomadic Family to deeply introduce the real Mongolian nomadic herder’s lifestyle, culture, heritage & traditions by own eyes. Dinner and overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 8: White Lake – Delgermurun (B, L, D)
After breakfast, drive to the Delgermurun through the Alpine Mountain Wilderness and overpass a certain of the wild mountain passes and the best time for a photo shoot. Photo Session for Northern Mongolian beautiful wild nature. Picnic Lunch on the way. Continue to drive to Delgermurun via Murun town, the center of the Khuvsgul province. Continue to visit the Deer Stone Monument circa Bronze age.. Transfer to the Tourist Camp. Dinner and overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 9: Delgermurun – Lake Khuvsgul (B, L, D)
In the morning, enjoy the Mongolian Rodeo Show, an important part of the Mongolian Horse culture and tradition. This is one of the best performances and play-offs. Perfect time to take the most alive and fascinating photos of real Mongolian Nomadic life heritage and old traditions. Drive to Lake Khuvsgul and enjoy lunch in Murun town. Transfer to the Tourist Camp. Dinner and overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 10: Lake Khuvsgul (B, L, D)
Optional Boat tour excursion to photo safari for Crystal Clear Lake Khuvsgul shore with Alpine Mountain combination with true wilderness and natural beautiful area. Lunch in the Tourist Camp. Free time with the optional program as horse riding and hiking in the mountain. Dinner and overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 11: Lake Khuvsgul - Erdenet City (B, L, D)
Drive to Erdenet City, the second largest city in Mongolia as 1/10 biggest Copper mining sites in worldwide. Picnic lunch on the way. Transfer to the hotel. Dinner and Overnight in the hotel.
Day 12: Erdenet - Ulaanbaatar Capital (B, L, D)
Breakfast in the hotel. Drive to the Ulaanbaatar Capital City. Have a picnic lunch on the way. Later, drive to the Ulaanbaatar Capital city. Transfer to the “Bayangol” hotel. Dinner and overnight in the hotel.
Day 13: Ulaanbaatar Capital – Chinggis Khaan Statue – Gorkhi Terelj National Park (B, L, D)
Breakfast in the “Bayangol” hotel. Drive to the Tsonjin Boldog Historical Complex. Visiting the Chingis Khaan’s Statue, the tallest Horseman figure in the world. Lunch in the restaurant. Then, drive to the Terelj National Park. One hundred Lama Cave for photo shooting. Transfer to the Tourist Camp. Dinner time and overnight in the Tourist Camp.
Day 14: Gorkhi Terelj National Park – Ulaanbaatar Capital (B, L, D)
After breakfast in the Tourist Camp. Move back to the Ulaanbaatar capital. Excursion to Photo Safari for the Turtle Rock and Fantastic Crystal Rock Formation with a natural wonderful site combination. Lunch in the restaurant. Transfer to the “Bayangol” hotel. Packing and wrap-up time. Dinner with Closing ceremony and overnight in the hotel.
Day 15: Departure Day (B)
