FULL ITINERARY
Day 1:: Arrive To South Gobi, Walk On Ice At The Yol Valley And Cooking Classes In Mongolia With A Nomadic Family
- At 4:45 am, our guide will pick you from the hotel or another convenient place and accompany you to the airport for your early trip to the Gobi Desert. After arriving at Dalanzadgad, the provincial capital of southern India, proceed to Yol Valley, which is 50 kilometers (one hour) away by car. Cars will be deposited at the canyon's entry; a strenuous trek is required. Ibex and raptor habitats may be found in the region, and animals may be seen from the tops of the cliffs. After returning to the car, proceed a small distance to a local nomadic household, where you will practice Mongolian archery and receive a cookery instruction on how to make buuz (steamed dumplings) or huushuur (fried pork pastry). Come to your eco-lodge, which is close to the Gurvansaikhan Gobi National Park, and enjoy spending your first night in a ger there.
- Overnight you will stay in a deluxe, ensuite ger in the Gobi Mirage ger camp. Lunch & dinner are included.
Day 2: Travel To Khongor Els Sand Dunes And Ride A Bactrian Camel
- After breakfast at the camp, get in the car and go to the Khongor Els sand dunes farther into the Gobi Desert. As you travel, keep an eye out for gazelles and raptors because the area is filled with lovely animals. You'll be there in time for lunch at the ger campsite. After that, you can either start driving a small distance to visit a dromedary herding relatives who spend the summers nearby the water wells near the dunes and appreciate their accommodation in their ger where you can sample camel milk and other traditional Mongolian specializations, or you can choose to take a walk on the sand dunes. Take an hour-long camel ride amid the sand dunes in the afternoon. After supper, head back to the ger camp and spend the evening either watching a stunning sunset from the dunes or stargazing beneath the starry Gobi sky.
- Spend a night in a luxurious ger with an ensuite at the Gobi Erdene ger camp. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are included as well.
Day 3: Explore Khavsgait Petroglyphs And Bayanzag Flaming Cliffs
- After breakfast, bid your hosts farewell and spend 5 hours traveling off-road to Bayanzag (150km). You could witness wild gazelles running along throughout the lovely trip. You will make a pit break on route to the petroglyph-rich ancient holy site of Khavtsgait, which is located on top of a rocky hill. Additionally, the location provides stunning views of the desert. Eat lunch in the Bulgan town before traveling quickly to the Bayanzag Flaming Cliffs.
- This area is among the most well-known natural history localities in the world since it is where the first dinosaur eggs were discovered. Go a small distance to the ger campsite where you're going to stay overnight. in the afternoon. You will spend your night in a plush wooden ger with an ensuite at the Gobi Oasis ger camp. Day 4: Fly To Ulaanbaatar And Track The Wild Takhi Horses In The Hustai National Park
- Travel west to Hustai after an early-morning trip to Ulaanbaatar. Upon arrival, eat lunch at the ger camp and hear about the history of Hustai and the variety of wild animals. After that, drive into the park to admire the wild Takhi horses and search for animals. Photography will have lots of opportunities. Come back to your ger for supper at dark.
- At the Hustai ger camp, spend the night in a basic ger. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all provided.
Day 5: Fly To Khuvsgul Lake
Transfer to the airport for the trip to Murun in the north after breakfast at the camp. After taking a tour through the town and the nearby market, grab lunch at a nearby restaurant. To reach the little settlement of Khatgal on the banks of Khuvsgul Lake, continue driving for 2 hours (120 km). Today, you'll spend the night at a lovely ger campsite by a lake, from where you may go on quick excursions by walking or by bike, that you can rent from the camp.

Day 6: Ukhbaatar Ship Trip, Bike & Horseback Riding in Khuvsgul Lake
After breakfast, embark on the famous Sukhaabatar ship and cruise to a neighboring island. Once there, ascend to the island's peak for a stunning view of the reservoir and nearby taiga. If you feel like it, spend the day taking an hour-long horseback ride along the lake's shoreline. A guide and horse wrangler will always be at your side to help. As an alternative, you could like to rent a mountain bike or go on a stroll to see the wildlife and birds. After dinner, go back to your camp.

Day 7: Explore Ancient Deer Stones & Enjoy Rafting on Delger River
Today, go to the Delger River to see the remains of the. Ushigiin Uver deer stones and the many ancient Turkic burial sites that dot the terrain. Set our tent at a wonderful ger camp by the river after that. After lunch, spend two to three hours rafting on the fast-moving Delger river. Your driver will meet you downstream and then guide you back to the campground for dinner.
Spend the night in a traditional ger at the Tultiin Tokhoi ger camp. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all covered.
Day 8: Local Airport, Fly Ulaanbaatar
